Your Tasks

  • Database maintenance and structuring: Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of data in internal systems and databases. Assisting in the efficient structuring and maintenance of data to enable smooth analysis.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Contributing to the analysis of operational data to optimize flight operations, costs, and service quality. Creating simple reports, dashboards, and visualizations with BI tools.
  • Market and competitive analysis: Researching and preparing relevant information on market trends, competitive developments, and business opportunities to support strategic decisions.
  • Supporting management: Creating reports, presentations, and decision-making tools to facilitate data-driven processes and strategic decisions.

Your Profile

MUST HAVE

  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Aviation Management, or a related field – even if you’re still studying, you’re welcome!
  • Initial experience in data analysis and visualization, as well as working with BI tools
  • Interest and understanding of the aviation industry and business processes
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
  • Responsible and structured working style
  • Analytical thinking
  • You are fluent in German and English


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with programs like Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Any additional language skills you have are a plus

For this position, an annual gross salary of €35,000 is offered for full-time employment. For a part-time position, the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
