Your Tasks
- Support with accounts receivable accounting: checking, allocating and posting incoming payments and reconciling open items.
- Creation and control of invoices and reminders.
- Assistance with the maintenance and monitoring of customer accounts.
- Support in reporting and in the preparation of financial analyses.
- Participation in projects for process optimization in the finance area.
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as Operations and Sales as well as contact with international customers.
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of finance, economics or a comparable subject.
- Initial experience or interest in topics such as accounts receivable management, accounting and controlling.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- Independent, structured and efficient way of working as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You are a team player and can actively contribute to our international team.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- They already have the right to work and live in Austria, i.e. they already have a work visa or can successfully apply for a red-white-red card.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is EUR 1325 for 25 hours per week, the actual salary depends on the hours worked and previous experience
