Your Tasks
- You will independently and worldwide plan and coordinate corporate flights with ForeFlight planning and LEON Scheduling software.
- You will also arrange and handle the services an A/C requires on ground and for pax, request and obtain the permits to overfly/land in a specific country.
- You will have a network within the company to coordinate your tasks with other departments and with external providers.
- After you have adapted to these tasks within our operation, you will supervise the dispatch team, share your experience, to find the best solutions in day-to-day operations. You enable less experienced team members to grow by sharing your knowledge and supporting them as a mentor.
- You will have to be available from time to time to support the team on short calls as a support coordinator.
Your Profile
- You already have at least two years of experience as a flight dispatcher in any OCC; knowledge of business aviation is an advantage.
- You are motivated and able to learn new skills fast.
- You are happy to deal with new situations that come your way without losing focus to complete the task in the best way possible. You are willing to take obstacles on the way as a challenge to grow and deal with them without hesitation.
- You have a qualification for university entrance or completed a secondary school certificate; Dispatch license is of advantage.
- You have excellent IT user skills, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
- You work team-oriented and are characterized by flexibility, problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English are a matter of course for you, another language is an advantage – German is not a required, but A2 will help you.
- You have the right to work and live in Austria. To stay and work in the EU, you must have a work visa or have applied for rot-weiß-rot card with your valid identity documents.

The monthly salary for a full-time position is EUR 3.000 gross per month, but may also exceed due to your professional qualification and experience.
